2-Year International Warranty

We attach particular importance to the quality of our products. All our products are covered by a two-year international warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and defective materials. This warranty applies without prejudice to your statutory rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity.

If you experience a problem with one of our products, please contact our after-sales service team ( ecommerce@cerruti.com ). We will help you identify the issue and find a suitable solution together.

What is not covered by the International Warranty:

  • Defects and damage related to loss, theft, fire, or any other cause beyond our control;
  • Defects and damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or accident;
  • Defects and damage resulting from improper use (impact, denting, crushing, etc.), modifications, alterations, or the use of components and accessories (such as ink bottles or cartridges) other than those manufactured or recommended by us;
  • Defects and damage related to normal wear and tear;
  • Routine repairs and cleaning;
  • Batteries after two years.

30-Day Free Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of the invoice date for a full refund. This commercial policy is more generous than, and applies in addition to, your statutory right of withdrawal (see below). To arrange your return, please contact our after-sales service at ecommerce@cerruti.com.

Returned products must be in perfect condition, unused, and unworn. For hygiene reasons, certain products such as perfumes can no longer be returned once their safety seals or labels have been removed.

Your return must be accompanied by the return form (available here), completed with your delivery address. Once your return has been registered, please ship the product back to us within 14 days.

Returns are free of charge. Once we have received and inspected your returned product, your refund will be issued within 14 days to your original payment method, including the standard delivery costs of the original order. Where you chose a more expensive delivery option, only the standard delivery cost will be refunded. We are committed to processing your refund as quickly as possible.

All returns are processed as refunds. If you would like a different item, simply place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact our after-sales service at ecommerce@cerruti.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of the product and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Your Legal Right of Withdrawal

Independently of the policy above, under EU law you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please notify us using the contact details provided above. We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of being informed of your decision, using the same means of payment you used for the order. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or proof that they have been sent back.

Scope

This warranty and returns policy applies exclusively to purchases made on cerruti.com. Products purchased through third-party retailers or marketplaces (such as Zalando or Galeria) are subject to the returns and warranty terms of the relevant platform or retailer.
