Delivery

  • All UK and EU orders would be delivered within 3-5 working days. International orders would be delivered within 7-10 working days.
  • We will acknowledge receipt of your order via email and keep you updated of your order’s progress.
  • Free worldwide shipping will apply for all orders with a subtotal of £200 and over. During promotion period, shipping fees may be exempted.
  • We always deliver your orders using a courier delivery service so any deliveries will not be affected by any Royal Mail action.
  • Shipping cut-off time is 12pm (GMT).
  • We offer global delivery to a list of approved countries. For deliveries to any countries not presented as options at the checkout, please contact us at contactus@cerruti.com and we will endeavour to complete your order.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

RETURNS

All purchases are subject to our returns policy outlined as below.

CANCELLING AN EXISTING ORDER

We endeavour to process all orders within 5 working days of an order being placed so it is sometimes not possible for us to stop an order being delivered that has already been dispatched. Should this happen then it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the goods are returned within the guidelines below. Should you wish to cancel an order or have any further enquiries please email Customer Service at contactus@cerruti.com. We reserve the right not to fulfil and to cancel orders.

RETURNING AN ORDER

We pride ourselves in creating high quality clothing and accessories. However, should you wish to return your order for any reason we would ask that you email Customer Service for instructions and support.

At this point we are unable to accept online returns to any of our retail stores.

Returns outside of the 14 day period may be accepted at our discretion but will only be refunded as credit in the form of a promotion code that will only be redeemable online.

All goods are to be returned unused in their original packaging with the Returns Form. All labels and garment tags must still be attached. Any garments returned in an unsellable state will not be processed. This does not affect your right to return faulty goods.

It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for all shipping costs incurred when returning goods. We would recommend that you return the goods with a delivery service that insures you for the full value of the goods and allows you to track the return, as CERRUTI 1881 cannot take responsibility for any items lost without proof of delivery.

We will only refund the value of the goods returned, no shipping costs will be refunded unless previously agreed by a member of our Customer Services team via email. Refunds can only be issued to the card used for the original purchase the goods and will be refunded within 14 business days of receipt of return during non-sale periods.

Please be aware that it may take a few days for the return amount to show on your card due to your processing bank card issuer, this is out of our control.

UK RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

1) Fill in the form supplied stating reason for return and/or alternative size requested.

2) Stick an address label to the front of the package. (See address above).

3) We recommend that you send by registered post and retain proof of postage. Cerruti 1881 are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. We suggest UPS -  call your local UPS on 03457 877 877 to arrange a suitable collection time.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

1) Fill in the form supplied stating reason for return and/or alternative size requested.

2) Stick an address label to the front of the package. (See address above). Please mark clearly 'British Returning Goods' on the outer packaging so that you are not charged any unnecessary additional fees.

3) We recommend that you send by registered post and retain proof of postage. Cerruti are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. We recommend that you send by registered post and retain proof of postage. Please also note we will not cover any taxes or duties when returning items from outside the UK, this is to be paid by sender. 

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange a purchase for an alternative size or colour please contact our Customer Service team at contactus@cerruti.com, they will confirm if the newly required product is available.

You will be asked to return the unwanted item with the Returns Form stating the new size or colour required. We are unable to dispatch the required item until we have received the product you wish to return and will only exchange goods at the value paid at point of purchase.

All exchanges should be returned to us within 14 days from the date that we email confirmation of shipment.

All exchanged goods are to be returned unused in their original packaging with all labels and garment tags still attached. Any garments returned in an unsellable state will not be processed. This does not affect your right to return faulty goods.

It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for all shipping costs incurred when returning goods for exchange, and we will charge additional delivery on the shipping of the new product except in the case of faulty goods.

We would recommend that you return the goods with a delivery service that insures you for the full value of the goods as CERRUTI 1881 cannot take responsibility for any items lost without proof of delivery.

During sale periods we are not able to hold items for exchange so would suggest that if you wish to purchase an alternative size or colour you purchase this online while it is available and then return the unwanted item within the guidelines explained in our “Returning a Sale Order” section above.  If your chosen substitute is not in stock we will contact you to offer an alternative.

None of the above terms affect your statutory rights or your rights under Consumer Protection Regulations.
