BEHIND THE SCENES OF 17-18 WINTER CAMPAIGN
WITH MATTHEW BROOKES AND KIT BUTLER
DISCOVER CERRUTI’S BEHIND THE SCENES
This 2017 Fall Winter advertising campaign is bringing a flow of mysterious and cinematic inspiration reflecting the same spirit in the runway show.
Cerruti’s 50th anniversary could not be more emblematic with top model Kit Butler and photographer Matthew Brookes collaboration.
Styling by Paul Mather and grooming from Terry Saxon were complementary support to feature the elegant, self-confident, free, dynamic and modern Cerruti man embodied by Kit Butler.
The shooting was done in a luminous studio in Paris, where smooth haze, geometric shapes created with neon lights and shadows give a projection on a fascinating scenery on raw minimalist grey wall.
The addition of dark noble fabric to a bright raw place creates a graphic play and a contrast between obscurity and light.
The fabric movements, the geometric shapes and the continual haze flow are giving life to the collection designed by Jason Basmajian.
Zoom in and out filming techniques on items, fitting, free textures and fabric pattern and details, give natural take to Cerruti’s leading pieces this season.
